Nearly nine in 10 international students in the United States are worried about the security of their visa status, amid mounting uncertainty over immigration policy, personal safety, and future prospects. Only 4% of respondents said they felt "very" or "extremely" safe in the U.S., while about 90% described themselves as "moderately," "very," or "extremely fearful" about their student visa status, according to the survey, conducted by Stop AAPI Hate.
